Rencontre NORMANDIE - PICARDIE - 2ème édition - Dimanche 14 Octobre 2012

Bonjour,

J'ouvre le post pour la deuxième rencontre Normandie/Picardie.

Ce coup-ci, celle-ci aura lieu en Picardie.

Le programme est en cours mais la date est déjà fixée. Il s'agira du dimanche 14 Octobre 2012.

Cela aura lieu au Château de Chantilly avec un parcours Beauvais/Chantilly.

Nouvelle proposition suite à premier échange avec le Château de Chantilly. Au programme : visite du château + cours de Chantilly.

Le cours de chantilly coute 22€ par personne pour un groupe maxi de 20 personnes. Le tarif pour la visite va arriver. Pour le repas, nous pourrions partir sur un simple plat ou plat/dessert étant donné qu'après le cours de chantilly, un mange (voir ci-dessous)

programme du cours :

Accueil des invités.Remise d’une toque et d’un tablier à chaque participant.Après avoir découvert la façon dont la vraie crème Chantilly est montée à la main par notrechef de cuisine, chaque personne fera son apprentissage et découvrira les diverses possibilitésde préparation de la crème Chantilly et garnira des choux à la Chantilly.À la fin du cours, les choux sont dégustés avec une spécialité régionale « le nectar de rhubarbe ».Les participants repartent avec un document révélant les secrets de la vraie crème Chantillyainsi qu’un diplôme signé de la main du Chef
